First we meet one-on-one, either in person at my Brampton office or via web meeting. After taking into account your health history, your goals, your past experiences and your lifestyle, we create a personalized nutrition plan.
Each week you will receive a new webinar to watch at your convenience, focusing on a new aspect of health and nutrition. Nothing too overwhelming. You will receive handouts to teach you something new each week, and a weekly goal. I am going to educate you so that you make changes that will last you a lifetime.

- Meal plan and delicious, easy to prepare recipes (you don’t have to think “what can I eat for dinner?”) These are easy to make, with ingredients at your local grocery store, that your whole family will approve. No need to cook separate meals!
- A 72 page cookbook to help you with your meal planning
- Weekly webinars and email handouts – my goal is to teach you how to make the right nutrition, exercise and lifestyle decisions for you, so that after these 10 weeks you know almost as much as I do! While I would love to keep you as a client, I want to educate you so that after these 12 weeks you maintain your weight loss.
